Privacy Policy
DaDesktop is committed to safeguarding the privacy of those who use our services. This policy outlines how we gather and utilise your personal information, as well as the protective measures we implement to keep your details secure.
Personal data is collected and utilised strictly to the extent required for delivering our services to you, or for legitimate purposes outlined in this privacy policy. It is important to recognise that there are significant variances in how data is collected and stored, depending on the hosting option selected.
NobleProg hosted public server
Hosting for this option takes place within a NobleProg data centre (located within the EU and GDPR compliant). It serves as a shared server environment for NobleProg clients and is accessible by NobleProg personnel.
Should you opt for a server located outside the EU, local legislation may apply. For UK-based clients, data is retained within the UK.
NobleProg hosted private server
This solution is hosted within a NobleProg data centre (within the EU). It functions as a dedicated server allocated to a single organisation, ensuring that no other entity utilises the hardware.
If you select a server situated outside the EU, local laws may govern its operation.
On-premise server
The server is positioned at the organisation’s own facilities. The software is installed on this server, ensuring that all data remains entirely under the organisation’s control.
