A virtual classroom is a software tool that lets instructors and participants interact with each other and the learning material. Unlike standard video conferencing tools, DaDesktop provides a suite of extra features critical for learning, such as remote desktops tailored for IT training.

For instance, with typical video conferencing, the only way to assist a participant is by sharing or taking control of their screen. With DaDesktop, you give each participant a machine set up just for them, located nearby in Australia to minimise lag, allowing the trainer to take over whenever the participant asks.

On top of that, DaDesktop lets you record the actions of both the trainer and each participant. Video conferencing software cannot capture each participant's desktop.
