Course Chat

Course Chat is a feature that helps trainers, participants and support team members to communicate about the active course. It's part of the training room.

To join the course chat, simply head into the training room. From there, you'll be prompted to jump into the course chat.

To access it at any other time, just click on the chat icon in the top right of the training room.

When you click on it, the chat interface opens on the left, and you'll see your course in the list. You can enable notifications (at the top of the chat interface) to hear a sound each time a new message is posted to the course chat.
