Training Room View

The Training Room is a handy way to join a course.

It enables users to:-
 

1. Manage their virtual desktops (trainers can also manage participants' desktops)
2. View the trainer's desktop in a grid or side-by-side layout
3. Record their desktop
4. Move the desktop to another browser window, or even to a separate monitor if preferred
5. Chat
6. Access training materials
    

All of this happens right within your browser. By default, once participants have joined a course, they’re taken straight into the Training Room, which keeps things simple for new users.

Trainers can also see all participants' machines simultaneously and interact with any of them, helping those who need assistance or are falling behind. This ability to monitor all student machines at once is second to none and makes it far easier for trainers to recreate the traditional classroom experience.

Although not immediately obvious, to leave the Training Room view, simply click the `Desktop` tab again and you’ll return to the Training page.
